As part of the MEDDLE project, members of NZOAC and international partners developed a series of data analysis examples linked to ocean change experiments. They are not meant as an exhaustive list, nor do they replace formal statistical training. They do provide insight into some of the things we do and the way we think about design, along with helpful R code.

  1. Power calculations (some background in statistics and R)

  2. Scenario-based experiments (some background)

  3. Experiments with blocking (intermediate)

  4. Time-response variables (advanced)

  5. Single-driver response curves (advanced)

  6. Response surfaces (stats hero)
